Holiday Gifts: The Beauty Lover



First things first, I don't even understand how it is possible to be talking about holiday gift guides already!  Time sure isn't slowing down for any of us so we had better get a jump start on the holiday shopping.  At this rate Christmas will be here next week!

This year I decided to stray from my typical gift guides of sorting options by person, but instead, I'll be sharing gift guides by interests.  I think this will give you so many more options for all those names on your shopping list.  As you can see, I decided to start with a category I definitely fall in, The Beauty Lover.  Some makeup and some skincare, some I've tried and some I'm hoping to try, you're sure to find the perfect beauty buy for everyone on your shopping list!

I'm always into mixing some feminine pieces with a few casual/comfortable ones (that means I steal my hubby's t-shirts way more than he'd like). It not only makes your vibe playful, but the contradiction of the styles adds an element of interest and excitement. This look is one I would gladly wear any day of the week!

Recent Obsession: Backpacks



I am living for a great backpack right now.  Whether structured and polished or sporty and casual, I could easily pair one with nearly all my outfits this Fall.  I've searched high and low to find the most amazing selection of backpacks in every price point.  Which of these 12 picks do you want to add to your closet? Recent Obsession: Bow Shoes


Hi friends!  I know it's been a while and I promise that I have stories  to catch you up on my life but I must hold out just a little longer before I fill you in on everything.  There are a few crazy things going on right now and I'd rather wait until I can give you full resolutions instead of starting a story without an ending.  So, for now, I'm going to attempt to bring you as much fashion as frequently as I can.  Hopefully soon it will be as consistent (& as full of outfit posts!) as you and I would both like.  

One of my latest recent obsessions has been fabulous shoes with bows.  Now, this isn't really something I just started drooling over but rather an ongoing lust that I just couldn't hold it any longer.  You and I both know that I'm a huge sucker for girly details like bows, so I've rounded up a few current favorites of mine in both flat and high heel form.  I hope you'll be as inspired as I am going into Spring with these pretties in mind.

Handbag Heaven

I really just can't get enough of great accessories 
whether it's a fun statement necklace, an awesome pair of shoes, 
or a fabulous new handbag.  And boy am I crushing on some great
looking handbags!  I've put together a little shopping guide for you

The Finest Florals



Spring is finally here I just can't get my newfound love of florals
out of my head!  So I did a little shopping for the both of us today and
 picked out several great pieces to help us incorporate the print's cheerfulness

I'm basically unbearable to go shopping with these days.
Why?  Because I loudly squeal every.single.time I see anything mint.
It's so bad that I'm even annoyed at myself. Is that even possible?  I can't
help but think all that squealing is totally justified, however, when I've put
together a collection of gorgeous items in that beautiful color.  I didn't plan 
on having so many Kate Spade pieces in this collection but I couldn't
 deny all of their incredibly gorgeous mint pieces.
